ARE THE KLEIN WATCHES WATER RESISTANT?
Yes, some of our watches are 5 ATM and some are 3 ATM water resistant. 5 ATM - Suitable for swimming and diving up to 50 meters. 3 ATM - Suitable for everyday use. Splash/rain resistant. Not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, water-related work, fishing, and diving. To be safe, avoid contact with water as much as possible. Water damage is not covered under warranty.
WHAT MOVEMENT DOES MY KLEIN WATCH USE?
There are 2 different KLEIN movements: - Self-Winding Automatic - Quartz Movement.
MY KLEIN WATCH HAS A STEEL BAND, HOW DO I REMOVE THE LINKS FOR A BETTER FIT?
Some of our watches have steel straps that have removable links. We recommend taking your watch to a jeweler who will be able to remove links. You can also remove the links yourself if you are handy!
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Yes, we do! We at KLEIN Watches are sending our watches worldwide.
FROM WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Eastern Europe (Non-EU).
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We at KLEIN Watches provide quality affordable watches. Additionally, we want to ensure quality shipping, so we are using PostNL shipping and we are shipping all products for free to most countries in the world.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If you wish to make a change in your delivery address, please contact us. If your item has already been shipped, there is nothing we can do about it. It's your responsibility to fill in the address information completely.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations can only be accepted when they are made within the first 24 hours after you placed your order. It is our policy to charge $15 for any refunds due to administration and bank/refund costs. If we have already processed your watch (after 24 hours), we cannot cancel your order and you’ll have to return the watch back to our warehouse. Once we receive the watch, we will process your refund. You are responsible for accepting the package. If you refuse the package or do not pick it up at a collection point, we will not refund the money.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO?
In the rare event you receive the wrong watch, please contact us immediately. We will send you a new watch directly and cover the shipping costs to return the wrong watch to us.
MY ORDER IS IN CUSTOMS, WHAT DO I DO?
Sometimes an order can be stuck at customs. Please contact us if you don't see any changes in your tracking events. Contact us at info@kleinwatches.com, and our Customer Service Employee will provide you with a phone number to contact customs for further assistance.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
We have an advanced fraud control system. Sometimes our system automatically cancels an order due to fraud risk. If this happens, we will ask you to send a copy of your credit card for verification to ensure it is not a fraudulent order. We do this to protect our customers.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at info@kleinwatches.com to make a change to your order. You can only make a change if your package hasn't been shipped yet. We only accept one change, and it must be done within the first 24 hours after placing your order.
Return & Exchange Process
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your package at our warehouse, we will inspect the item. It must be unused and still in "new" condition so we can sell it again. If your return is approved, we will refund your order, and it will take 3-5 business days before you receive your money. If you return the product without a valid reason (for example, a broken watch or wrong delivery), you will need to pay for the shipping costs yourself, and we will charge $25 (or $35 for express shipping) for the shipping costs we paid to send the watch to you, plus administration/bank costs. NOTE: Items purchased during sales can only be returned for store credit.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
We check our refunds every Monday. If we approve the refund, we will send you an email. We at KLEIN Watches are not responsible for any items lost during return shipping. We strongly recommend using trusted shipping companies such as FedEx or DHL.
